Vazhakkai is a popular and loved vegetable in Kerala and find its way into most dishes are that made with a mix of vegetables.
Cook the raw banana, sliced onion, curry leaves, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt together with very little water.
Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
Once it splutters add the crushed garlic and fry for few seconds.
Finally put the cooked raw banana to it and fry this in low flame.
Serve it hot with rice and Moru curry.
