Okra Fry It is great as a side dish with the combination of rice, sambar rice, curd-rice or even with plain chapatis or parathas. Ingredients: 1. Lady’s Finger sliced length wise (thin) – 200g 2. Chilly Powder – 1/2 tsp Gram flour – 5 tbsp Asafoetida – 1 pinch Salt – 3 to 4 tsp 3. Oil – 3 cups Method: Spread the lady’s finger slices in a plate. Mix the second set of ingredients into a paste. Marinate the lady’s finger pieces with the paste. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pieces and serve.
