Slice the Cheera leaves into small size.
Crush the desicated coconut, garlic and green chillies.
Mix the coconut mixture with the Cheera leaves. Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder. Mix all theses ingredients.
Heat Oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and black gram and allow them to splutter.
Add curry leaves and dry red chillies and fry them for a minute.
Add the Cheera – Coconut mixture and cook them for 2 minutes covered.
Cook the mixture until the all the water has gone on low flame.
